Christmas at the Museum 2025
Christmas at the Museum 2025 has come and gone! Our goal was to fill our 25 chairs and have some standing, and we did that, so it was a success! We had a great time. Author Jolene Navarro was phenomenal! Thank you, Jolene, for your generous donation to the museum. We are also carrying her latest book, so if you just have to have a copy, see one of us!
If you didn't make our Christmas party, you can see it on YouTube!!! Just do a search on YouTube for Real County Historical Museum. The program is in 4 segments, so check it out!
The program was opened by Jackson Ward, who delighted the audience with Christmas carols. He was even joined by Mary Jane Crenshaw, Museum Board President, with the song, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Linda Kirkpatrick presented a letter and a poem written by J. W Beason. Jolene Navarro then introduced her latest book, “The Rancher’s Christmas Gift. She lovingly dedicated the book to the memory of Douglas Brice and his mom, Linda. We are proud to carry this book and some of her other books in the museum, so stop by and grab one!
We are now closed for our winter break, and we have lots to do! However, if you have guests in or just want to come yourself, get with one of the directors, and we can arrange that and would be delighted to do so! So Merry Christmas and the Happiest of 2026!! See you all in March or before! PS Directors that are readily available to help you are: Mary Jane, Connie, Julie, and Linda, plus the other as well, but we are the easiest to find!!
